In 2006, Tebogo Mogashoa launched Tebfin Limited, a South African financial services provider focusing on small and medium enterprises. Tebfin renders funding to companies with no direct access to finance with subsidiaries Fleetmatics VMS, Talis Mining and Cloudseed. Cloudseed revolutionised digital education with a private cloud for the Gauteng government and across just under 2,000 schools. Cloudseed now delivers cloud solutions to businesses nationally.

In 2018, Tebogo Mogashoa was elected as the President of Wildlife Ranching South Africa (WRSA). The WRSA is a voluntary, non-profit organisation that represents the interests of wildlife ranchers nationally and globally.
